Key Responsibilities:

• Recruitment & Onboarding:
• Identify and interview qualified candidates for a variety of roles.
• Conduct thorough onboarding to prepare workers for assignments.
• Payroll Processing:
• Accurately calculate and distribute payroll for workers.
• Address any payroll inquiries or discrepancies promptly.
• Worker Management:
• Hire and assign workers to job sites based on client needs.
• Replace workers as needed for tardiness or performance issues.
• Terminate employees when necessary, adhering to company policies.
• Advertising & Outreach:
• Write and post compelling job ads to attract candidates.
• Conduct inside sales calls and make in-person sales stops to grow the client base.

Qualifications:

• Strong mathematical skills for payroll accuracy.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Cold-calling and sales aptitude with a collaborative mindset.
• Ability to manage difficult situations with professionalism and empathy.
• A genuine passion for staffing and customer service.

• Available to work all shifts: Ranging from 5:30 in the morning until 6:00 in the evening, with weekend on-call as needed.
