Job Description
Production Associate — 3:00 PM to 11:00 PM (2nd Shift)
Location: Baton Rouge, LA
Pay: $16.50 per hour
Schedule: Monday – Friday, 3 PM – 11 PM
Type: Temp-to-Hire
Position Overview
Tiger Labor & Staffing is seeking reliable and motivated Production Associates for a well-established Baton Rouge production facility that specializes in custom printed materials and packaging for the gaming and promotional products industry. This 2nd-shift position offers consistent hours, a clean indoor work environment, and the opportunity for full-time hire after the temp-to-hire period.
Responsibilities

Operate and monitor production and finishing equipment.

Assist with assembling, packaging, and labeling of custom products.

Maintain quality standards through routine inspection and attention to detail.

Keep work areas clean and organized throughout the shift.

Follow all plant safety procedures and use required PPE.

Work closely with shift leads to meet daily production goals.
Job Requirements
Requirements

Prior manufacturing, printing, or warehouse experience preferred.

Ability to stand, move, and lift up to 50 lbs during an 8-hour shift.

Must be dependable and punctual — consistent attendance is key.

Must have reliable transportation.

Must pass a background check prior to placement.

Drug-free and safety-conscious mindset required.
