Production Associate — 3:00 PM to 11:00 PM (2nd Shift)

Schedule: Monday – Friday, 3 PM – 11 PM

Position Overview

Tiger Labor & Staffing is seeking reliable and motivated Production Associates for a well-established Baton Rouge production facility that specializes in custom printed materials and packaging for the gaming and promotional products industry. This 2nd-shift position offers consistent hours, a clean indoor work environment, and the opportunity for full-time hire after the temp-to-hire period.

Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor production and finishing equipment.

• Assist with assembling, packaging, and labeling of custom products.

• Maintain quality standards through routine inspection and attention to detail.

• Keep work areas clean and organized throughout the shift.

• Follow all plant safety procedures and use required PPE.

• Work closely with shift leads to meet daily production goals.

Requirements

• Prior manufacturing, printing, or warehouse experience preferred.

• Ability to stand, move, and lift up to 50 lbs during an 8-hour shift.

• Must be dependable and punctual — consistent attendance is key.

• Must have reliable transportation.

• Must pass a background check prior to placement.

• Drug-free and safety-conscious mindset required.
