Job Overview:

Tiger Labor & Staffing is recruiting a Foreman who will also take on general labor duties for a company in Port Allen. This position requires leadership skills to oversee job sites while also working alongside the crew to complete tasks related to pavement preservation.

Responsibilities:

• Lead a small crew in daily operations
• Ensure projects are completed efficiently and according to company standards
• Operate machinery and assist in pavement preservation work
• Load, unload, and transport materials
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment
• Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors

Qualifications:

• Previous experience as a foreman or lead worker preferred
• Ability to perform physical labor in outdoor conditions
• Basic knowledge of construction or asphalt work is a plus
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Reliable and able to work in a team setting
