Job Description
Job Overview:
Tiger Labor & Staffing is recruiting a Foreman who will also take on general labor duties for a company in Port Allen. This position requires leadership skills to oversee job sites while also working alongside the crew to complete tasks related to pavement preservation.
Responsibilities:
- Lead a small crew in daily operations
- Ensure projects are completed efficiently and according to company standards
- Operate machinery and assist in pavement preservation work
- Load, unload, and transport materials
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment
- Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors
Qualifications:
- Previous experience as a foreman or lead worker preferred
- Ability to perform physical labor in outdoor conditions
- Basic knowledge of construction or asphalt work is a plus
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Reliable and able to work in a team setting
