Tiger Labor and Staffing is recruiting for a reputable company seeking a Facilities Maintenance Technician. This role primarily focuses on janitorial work with some light maintenance tasks. Position Overview:
As a Facilities Maintenance Technician in this porter role, you will play a crucial part in maintaining the cleanliness and functionality of the facility. 

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform janitorial tasks to maintain cleanliness and professionalism throughout the facility.
• Handle light maintenance duties, including painting, drywall patching, and replacing light bulbs.
• Maintain and organize common areas, grounds, and parking facilities.
• Facilitate office setups, including moving furniture, assembling items, and preparing meeting spaces.
• Unload pallets of copier paper on a quarterly basis.
• Communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing, regarding facility-related matters.
• Respond promptly to emergencies and coordinate additional assistance as needed.

What We’re Looking For:

• A friendly, professional demeanor and excellent communication skills.
• Well-spoken and knowledgeable about facility service matters.
• Ability to perform janitorial tasks and light maintenance work.
• Comfortable with occasional physical tasks, including lifting up to 50 lbs.
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office is a plus.
