WARNING: THIS POSITION WILL BE PART-TIME DURING 1st MONTH OF TRAINING
Tiger Labor & Staffing is recruiting on behalf of a local manufacturer's representative for pumps and related equipment, also specializing in in-house pump repair. They are seeking a dependable Administrative Assistant to support office operations and coordinate with technicians and clients.
Key Duties:
- Answer calls and route inquiries professionally
- Prepare and track work orders, invoices, and service documentation
- Schedule repair jobs and coordinate with field technicians
- Maintain filing systems and customer records
- Assist management with basic reporting and project tracking
- Handle light office duties and general administrative support
Job Requirements
Requirements:
- 3+ year of experience in an administrative or customer service role
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Comfort working in a technical or industrial business setting
- Proficient with Microsoft Office (especially Word & Excel)
- High school diploma or equivalent required
Additional Information
Job Details:
- Temp-to-hire role with long-term potential (after 1 month part time training)
- Monday–Friday schedule (full-time)
- Must pass background screening and have reliable transportation
