Tiger Labor & Staffing is now recruiting for a Warehouse Foreman to join the 2nd shift at a steel distribution and fabrication company in Baton Rouge. This is a temp-to-hire opportunity with a well-established business that services industrial and fabrication customers across Louisiana.

Job Duties Include:

• Supervise and coordinate a team of warehouse workers on the 2nd shift

• Operate large-capacity forklifts to move and load steel materials

• Oversee the safe and organized storage of steel products and custom-cut parts

• Ensure timely order fulfillment and inventory accuracy

• Promote and maintain a safe work environment, leading by example

• Communicate clearly with day shift management and support departments

Requirements:
Must have prior experience in a similar role involving team supervision and warehouse operations
Resume required at time of application
Skilled in operating large-capacity forklifts
Strong leadership and communication skills
Comfortable working in a steel/industrial warehouse setting
Reliable transportation and strong work ethic
Must be drug-free and safety-focused
