Tiger Labor & Staffing is a locally owned staffing agency that partners with companies across construction, manufacturing, distribution, and light industrial work. When you accept a position through us, you’ll be employed by Tiger Labor & Staffing while working at one of our client companies.

Most positions include a probationary period before the client brings you onto their own payroll. This timeframe is set by the client and can vary, but many roles allow conversion as early as 60 calendar days after placement.

While you’re employed through Tiger Labor & Staffing, you are not yet eligible for the client’s benefits—such as health insurance, paid time off, or retirement plans. Those benefits become available only after you meet the client’s required waiting periods and are officially onboarded by them.
